ABG School Principals visited renowned schools across India to observe best practices in leadership, pedagogy, and school management. 30 distinguished teachers, who were selected as trainers in various subjects, attended an intensive four-day offline workshop focusing on andragogy, instructional design, and mind mapping to enhance their pedagogical skills. To support their ongoing development, a structured online follow-up program was also established.
