Adding another feather to our cap, Swastik Mohanty (Class VIII) and M.A. Pawan (Class VII) earned accolades at the Regional Level Science Exhibition and proudly represented the school at the National Level, bringing honour and recognition to our institution through their scientific insight and dedication.
Our students participated in large numbers in the Safer Internet Campaign competitions organized by C-DAC, Hyderabad. We are proud to announce that Miss Yashika Daksh (VIII A), Master Rana Druvan Reddy (VI), and Master M. Shanthan Sri Dutt (VI) secured state-level positions, reflecting their awareness and advocacy of safe digital practices.
With a strong focus on real-world problem-solving, our students developed 12 innovative STEM prototypes addressing issues aligned with the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) such as climate action, clean water and sanitation, and good health and well-being. These student-led projects showcased impressive levels of creativity, critical thinking, and social responsibility.
Our students enthusiastically participated in the Olympiad Examinations conducted by SOF (Science Olympiad Foundation). Ten students qualified for the second level, while several others earned Gold Medals in different subjects, adding laurels to the school and reflecting the strength of academic mentoring at ABPS.
Our athletes represented the school with great spirit in the CBSE National Athletic Meet, competing in events like the 4x400m Relay Race (Under-19 Girls), Javelin Throw, and the 400m Race. Their dedication, discipline, and athletic prowess were commendable and brought pride to the school on the national stage.
A total of 20 students participated in the prestigious Jhankriti National Level Music Competition, organized by the Ministry of Culture and Art. We are delighted to share that two talented students advanced to the semi-finals and went on to represent ABPS in the final round, showcasing their exceptional musical talent on a respected national platform.

ABPS Nandyal was honored by the visit of Mr. Chandrashekhar Chavan, Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO), on 16th July 2026. Upon his arrival, he was accorded a warm ceremonial welcome by the Principal and the Student Council.
During his visit, Mr. Chavan took a guided tour of the campus and interacted closely with the Principal and faculty members. He shared insightful perspectives on leadership, ethics, and core values, deeply inspiring both teachers and students. Walking through the academic corridors, he fondly cherished golden memories from his own school days, making the interaction feel deeply personal, warm, and encouraging.
His visit left a profound impact on the entire school community, motivating everyone to continually strive for educational excellence, character building, and unwavering integrity.
Teachers’ Day was celebrated in the school with great enthusiasm, fun, and entertainment on 5th September 2026. The entire day's activities were thoughtfully organized and managed by the senior students of Classes X, XI, and XII.
The function began with a respectful floral tribute to the great scholar and philosopher, Dr. Sarvepalli Radhakrishnan. Following the tribute, the event featured a vibrant line-up of cultural performances and engaging games designed specifically for the teachers. Through their heartfelt efforts, energetic performances, and careful planning, the students truly made the day memorable and special for all the teachers.
To establish a strong collaborative foundation between home and school, Orientation Session for Parents of all classes were organized at the school campus to mark the commencement of the new academic session. The program aimed to familiarize parents with the institution’s vision, academic framework, and co-curricular opportunities.
These session opened with a warm welcome and an inspiring address by the Principal, who highlighted the critical role of parent-teacher synergy in a child's overall development and academic success.
ABPS Nandyal secured the 4th Position (Consolation Prize) in ABG Interschool Orchestra Competition 2026 – ‘Symphony’ in Category (Classes VI–XII).
Our students participated in the District-Level Chess Competition and demonstrated excellent enthusiasm and sportsmanship.

All three selected students participated in the State-Level Chess Competition and represented our school with dedication and enthusiasm.
We are proud to share that our Class IX NCC Cadets of ABPS Nandyal participated enthusiastically in various activities during the NCC Camp and received medals and recognition for their outstanding performance in sports: Kho-Kho, Shooting, Throwball, Anchoring, Singing, Written Test and Elocution.
Niharika Yadav showcased her exceptional talent on an international stage by participating in dance presentation at Asia pacific Telugu federation conference 2026 , held in Malaysia on 29th and 30th August. Her impressive performance was well appreciated, and she received an Appreciation Certificate in recognition of her talent and participation.
Kevinkanth of Class IX participated in the Guinness World Record Event held at the Zorostrian Club Function Hall, Hyderabad. He performed 15 songs continuously on the electronic Keyboard for 5 Hours, showcasing remarkable music talent. We proudly congratulate him on his outstanding achievement and wish him continued success.
ABPS, Nandyal celebrated Sri Krishna Janmashtami on 24th August 2026. Children of Kindergarten turned up in the school as Krishna and Radha. They took part in different activities with great zeal and enthusiasm.
The 76th Republic Day was celebrated with great solemnity and grandeur on 26th January 2025 at Dronacharya Stadium, UTCL Township. The Chief Guest, Mr. Rama Rao (FH Technical, APCW), unfurled the National Flag, followed by the rendition of the National Anthem, setting the tone for the day's patriotic celebrations.
The NCC cadets of ABPS, Nandyal proudly took part in the March Past, showcasing discipline and pride.
As part of the celebration, winners of the ABG Inter-School Competition and medalists of the CBSE Regional Science Exhibition were honoured with cash prizes, recognising their excellence and achievements.
In a heartfelt gesture, the school management also felicitated all staff members with letters of appreciation for their dedication and the successful completion of the academic year.
The school held its annual Investiture Ceremony on 18th July 2026 at Tarangini with great dignity and enthusiasm, officially conferring responsibilities upon the newly appointed Prefectorial Board.
The solemn event was inaugurated by the Principal, Mr. P K Sasi. Principal congratulated the student leaders and advised the Prefectorial Board to actively showcase their leadership skills, uphold integrity, and serve as role models for the entire student body.
Master Aryan Singh, Kum.Naheed Hussain Bee were selected as the school Head Boy and Head Girl respectively.
To promote physical well-being and mental harmony, International Yoga Day was celebrated with great enthusiasm on 21st June 2025 at ABPS. Students from Classes VI to XII actively participated in the session, which aimed to instill the importance of yoga in daily life.
The program began with warm-up exercises, followed by the demonstration of various sitting and standing asanas. As students performed each posture, the benefits and significance of the asanas were explained simultaneously, helping them understand the impact of yoga on overall health.
To further reinforce the message, a poster-making competition and a special quiz were conducted, allowing students to creatively and intellectually engage with the theme. The celebration served as a meaningful step towards encouraging a healthy and balanced lifestyle among young learners.
Marking the 79th year of India's freedom, ABPS Nandyal celebrated Independence Day with immense enthusiasm and patriotic pride. The campus came alive with tricolor decorations as students, staff, and parents gathered to honor the nation's glorious history and the sacrifices of its freedom fighters.
The day's proceedings commenced promptly at 8:30 a.m. with the grand unfurling of the National Flag. The school was privileged to welcome Mr. Sajendra Kumar J A, Executive President, Unit Head, and Chairman of ABPS, Nandyal, who graced the occasion as the Chief Guest. The flag hoisting was followed by a proud rendition of the National Anthem in unison, filling the school grounds with a deep sense of unity.
Following the ceremonial hoisting, the event transitioned into a formal function and a vibrant cultural program. To further foster the spirit of nationalism, a series of engaging competitions was organized. Students showcased their immense talent and love for the motherland through soulful patriotic songs and powerful skits that highlighted India's rich heritage and journey to independence.
The celebrations not only entertained but also instilled a profound sense of responsibility and dedication toward the country in every attendee.
Gandhi Jayanti was celebrated with great zeal and reverence on 2nd October 2024 to honour the birth anniversary of the Father of the Nation, Mahatma Gandhi. The principal and teachers paid floral tribute to Bapu, reflecting on his invaluable contributions to India’s freedom struggle and values of peace and non-violence.
Students actively participated in a range of activities including bhajans, inspirational speeches, and planting saplings within the school campus, promoting Gandhiji’s ideals of simplicity and environmental consciousness.
Principal Ma’am addressed the gathering, emphasizing the relevance of Mahatma Gandhi’s ideologies in today’s world and encouraging students to live by his principles of truth, tolerance, and social responsibility.
We were privileged to have our esteemed CEO, Mrs.Jyotsna Saxena visit to ABPS, Nandyal on 17.07.25. The visit was an inspiring interaction with students and staff, where the CEO appreciated the school's focus on STEM learning, experiential education, and student well-being. Discussions were held on future developmental plans and enhancing academic excellence. The CEO lauded the efforts of the dedicated team and assured continuous support in shaping ABPS as a center of excellence.
Children’s Day and the much-anticipated Alumni Meet – MILAN 2024 were celebrated with great joy and enthusiasm on 14th November 2024, commemorating the birth anniversaries of Pandit Jawaharlal Nehru and Shri Aditya Vikram Birla, the visionary founder of the Aditya Birla Group.
In recognition of the pivotal role of sports in a child’s holistic development, the Annual Athletic Meet was also held on the same day at the Dronacharya Cricket Ground. The event saw enthusiastic participation from students in a wide array of fun and competitive activities, including Elephant Walk, Hurdle Race, Three-Legged Race, Lemon & Spoon Race, 50m Race, 8x50m Relay, 100m, 4x100m Relay, 200m, 400m, Long Jump, Shot Put, Discus Throw, and many more. The atmosphere was electric, with cheering parents and motivated participants creating unforgettable memories.
The school also had the pleasure of welcoming its proud alumni as guests of honour. Former students reunited with their teachers, shared fond memories of their school days, and expressed happiness at the remarkable developmental progress and initiatives the school has undertaken over the years.
