Market Day Activity

Grade I students participated in a fun-filled Market Day Activity to develop basic financial literacy and real-life mathematical skills. Through buying and selling items using play money, students practised counting, money recognition and simple transactions.

The activity enhanced their communication, decision-making and social skills while providing an engaging, hands-on learning experience.

Inter-House Hindi Debate Competition

An Inter-House Hindi Debate Competition was organised for students of Grades IX–XII to enhance their debating skills, critical thinking and confidence in public speaking.

Inter-House Story Telling Competition

An Inter-House Storytelling Competition was organised for students of Grades III–V to enhance their communication skills, creativity and confidence. Students narrated engaging stories with expressive voice modulation and gestures, showcasing their imagination, presentation skills and love for storytelling.

Grandparents Day Celebration

Aditya Birla Public School, Rawan, celebrated Grandparents’ Day on 1 October 2026 with great joy and enthusiasm. The celebration featured exciting activities, including rajma and chhole segregation by grandmothers, a blindfolded grandchild-identification activity for grandfathers, and a ramp walk with grandchildren. The event celebrated the unconditional love, wisdom and invaluable contribution of grandparents, fostering intergenerational bonding, respect for elders and cherished memories.

World Peace Day (Nur - II)

Students from Nursery to Grade II celebrated World Peace Day with enthusiasm. Through stories, songs, colouring, craft activities and discussions, they learnt the importance of kindness, sharing, caring and respecting others. The celebration beautifully conveyed the message that peace begins with love, kindness and harmony..

Inter House English Debate Competition (Senior)

An Inter-House English Debate Competition was organised for the Senior Category (Classes IX–XII). Two students from each house participated and presented their views on the topic, “Should co-curricular activities be given more importance than academic excellence?” The competition witnessed confident arguments, thoughtful perspectives, and enthusiastic participation, promoting critical thinking and effective communication skills.

Felicitation- Chairmans’ Award for Scholastic Achievement

Two students, Master Umang Verma and Ms. Sanskriti Verma, were honoured with the Chairman’s Trophy for Scholastic Achievement for securing above 95% in the Class XII Board Examination. On Independence Day, Unit Head Mr. Rajesh Kumar presented them with the cheque and letter from Chairman Shri Kumar Mangalam Birla, acknowledging their outstanding academic achievement.

Independence Day Celebration

The school celebrated Independence Day with great patriotic spirit and enthusiasm. Mr. Rajesh Kumar, Unit Head, UTCL Rawan, graced the occasion as the Chief Guest. The celebration featured inspiring speeches and cultural performances, reminding everyone of the values of freedom, unity, and patriotism.

Independence Day Celebration- Fancy Dress

As part of the 80th Independence Day celebrations, a Fancy Dress Competition was organised for the Pre-Primary students. The little ones dressed up as national leaders, freedom fighters, and other patriotic characters, showcasing creativity, confidence, and love for the nation in a joyful and memorable celebration.

Inter House Mathematics Quiz

An Inter-House Mathematics Quiz was conducted for students of Classes VI to X by the Mathematics Department, on the suggestion of the Unit Head, UTCL Rawan. The quiz aimed to promote mathematical thinking, logical reasoning, problem-solving skills, and healthy competition among students.

Skill Exhibition

The Skill Exhibition showcased innovative models and projects prepared by students from Classes VI to X across various skill subjects taught in the school. The exhibition provided students an opportunity to demonstrate practical knowledge, creativity, problem-solving abilities, and application of skills through engaging, hands-on learning experiences.

Investiture Ceremony

The Investiture Ceremony was held on 1 August, celebrating student leadership and responsibility. Parents were invited to witness the proud occasion. Shri Rajesh Kumar, as the Chief Guest, inspired students with his motivating address and formally conferred badges upon the newly elected student council members.

Inter House Basketball Tournament

The Inter-House Basketball Tournament for girls of Classes IX–XII was conducted successfully, showcasing exceptional teamwork, sportsmanship, and athletic excellence. The participants displayed determination, discipline, and competitive spirit throughout the matches, making the event an exciting platform to promote physical fitness, leadership, and camaraderie among students. The event was headed by Mr Basavaraj and Ms Arpana Tandi.

Inter House Coding Competition

The Inter-House Coding Competition for Classes VI–VIII was conducted successfully, providing students with a platform to demonstrate their coding and logical reasoning skills. Participants displayed creativity, problem-solving abilities, and enthusiasm while fostering teamwork, innovation, and healthy competitive spirit. Mr K V Subramanyam and Ms. K. Gayatri were the in-charge and judges for the same.

Green Day Celebration

Green Day was celebrated with great enthusiasm from Nursery to Class II to promote environmental awareness and sustainability. Students participated in eco-friendly activities, dressed in green attire, and highlighted the importance of protecting nature through creative presentations, fostering responsibility towards a greener future.

Inter House Ted Talk Competition

The Inter-House TED Talk Competition provided students with a platform to share innovative ideas, inspiring stories, and thoughtful perspectives. Participants showcased confidence, effective communication, and critical thinking, making the event an enriching experience that fostered creativity, public speaking skills, and intellectual growth.

The School Foundation Day was celebrated with great enthusiasm, reflecting the institution's rich legacy and values. The occasion was made even more special as Ms. K. Vijaya was felicitated for her dedicated 25 years of exemplary service, commitment, and invaluable contribution to the school.

The Inter-House English Elocution Competition was organised at School, providing students with a platform to showcase their oratory skills, confidence and expressive abilities. Students delivered thought-provoking speeches with clarity, effective voice modulation and impressive presentation. The competition encouraged healthy participation, creativity and effective communication among students.

Janmashtami Celebration

The Pre-Primary Wing celebrated Janmashtami with great enthusiasm and devotion. Dressed as little Radhas and Krishnas, the young learners participated in colourful cultural performances, adding joy and vibrancy to the celebration. The event beautifully reflected the spirit of Krishna’s birth while nurturing cultural awareness and festive cheer among children.

Teachers' day Celebration

Teachers’ Day was celebrated with great enthusiasm at Aditya Birla Public School, Rawan. The occasion honoured the dedication and contribution of teachers towards shaping young minds. Students presented cultural performances and heartfelt expressions of gratitude, creating a warm and memorable celebration filled with appreciation, respect and joy.

ABG Moot Court Competition

The ABG Moot Court Competition (Senior) witnessed participation from more than 50 schools. Demonstrating exceptional legal acumen, research skills, confidence, and persuasive argumentation, our school secured an impressive Second Position. The achievement reflects the students’ dedication, teamwork, and commendable preparation.

ABG Group Song Competition

Our school secured an impressive 4th Position in the ABG Group Song Competition, showcasing the students’ melodious voices, musical talent, coordination, and team spirit. Their dedicated preparation and confident performance reflected the school’s commitment to nurturing creativity and excellence beyond academics.

Educational tour to Arthshala, Balodabazar

Class XI Commerce students undertook an educational trip to Arthshala, India’s first Financial Literacy Lab. Through interactive games and experiential activities, students explored key concepts of finance, savings, investments and money management, making financial learning engaging, practical and meaningful.

Fireless Cooking

Nursery-II students enthusiastically participated in a Fireless Cooking Activity, where they prepared delicious and healthy sandwiches, fruit salads, and other no-fire snacks. They enjoyed arranging and decorating the ingredients while learning about healthy eating, hygiene, cleanliness, and teamwork. The activity made learning fun, creative, and hands-on while developing their confidence and self-help skills.

Kaushal Bodh Activity

Grade 8 students participated in a hands-on Kaushal Bodh activity on working with wood and bamboo. Under the guidance of teachers, they designed and crafted miniature tables, chairs, and pen stands using simple tools and materials. The activity provided practical exposure to measuring, cutting, joining, shaping, and finishing while encouraging creativity and craftsmanship. It helped students develop fine-motor skills, problem-solving abilities, teamwork, precision, and confidence, while fostering an appreciation for sustainable and skill-based work.
