Admission
Admissions to The Aditya Birla Public School, Adityapuram are granted based on merit, following an entrance test. Transfer Certificates (TC) and Report Cards from the previous school, along with other required documents, must be submitted at the time of admission. The final decision regarding admissions, whether at the beginning or during the mid-term, rests with the management.
Registration: To begin the admission process, parents must complete and submit the Registration Form to the school office before the specified last date. Incomplete forms will be rejected without prior notice.
Merit-Based Admission: Admissions are granted purely on merit, determined by the performance in the entrance test or interview. Once selected, parents must deposit the admission fee by the stipulated date. Failure to do so will result in the cancellation of admission.
At the time of admission, the following documents must be submitted:
Original Transfer Certificate (TC)
Latest Passport-sized Photograph of the Child
Photocopy of Aadhar Card (of the child)
Original Migration Certificate (if applicable)
Photocopy of Progress Card (from the previous academic year)
Photocopy of Caste Certificate (if applicable)
Photocopy of Residential Proof
Photocopy of Transfer/Offer Letter (if parent is a UTCL Employee)
Higher Classes: The age criteria for subsequent classes are determined similarly based on the child’s birthdate.
