Student Council
Student Council / Prefectorial Board
The primary aim of the Student Council is to bridge the gap between the student body and the school administration. It plays an instrumental role in organising school functions, inter-house competitions, awareness drives, and celebration of national days. The council also assists in maintaining discipline, upholding school values, and motivating fellow students to participate in academic and co-curricular pursuits.
Beyond organising and assisting, the Student Council serves as a platform for developing leadership qualities, teamwork, public speaking, and event management skills. Members of the council often take the lead in morning assemblies, host cultural events, and represent the school during external competitions and programmes. Regular meetings are held to discuss student suggestions, plan upcoming events, and resolve concerns—making the council a key contributor to the positive environment at ABPS Baikunth.
Through the Student Council, ABPS Baikunth nurtures confident, thoughtful, and responsible individuals who are prepared to lead with purpose and empathy both inside and outside the school campus.
