Admission Process

  • Aditya Birla Public School, Budawada, follows a structured and transparent admission process aligned with the school’s vision of providing holistic and inclusive education. The admission process begins with the issue of the application form, followed by interaction with the child and parents for primary classes, and a basic assessment for higher classes to understand the student’s academic level.

Admission Procedure

  • Admissions are open for Nursery to Grade X, subject to availability of seats. Interested parents must collect the admission form from the school office or download it from the official website. The completed form must be submitted along with the required documents. Shortlisted candidates will be informed of the interaction/assessment dates. Admission is confirmed upon payment of the prescribed fee.

Required Documents for Admission

At the time of admission, the following documents must be submitted:

  • Birth Certificate (for Nursery to Class I)
  • Previous School Transfer Certificate (TC)
  • Previous Year’s Report Card/Mark Sheet
  • Aadhaar Card of the student and parents
  • Passport-size photographs of the student (4), parents (2 each)
  • Address Proof of Parent/Guardian
  • Caste Certificate (if applicable)
  • Medical Fitness Certificate

Age Criteria for Admission:

The age eligibility as of 31st March of the academic year:

  • Nursery: 3+ years
  • LKG: 4+ years
  • UKG: 5+ years
  • Class I: 6+ years

Subsequent classes follow a progressive age scale accordingly.

The school reserves the right to make final decisions on admissions based on its criteria and availability of seats.
