Admission

Admissions to the wards of GCW/NCJW employees will be made on the basis of personal interaction of the Principal and the admission committee with the child and the parents.Admissions to the wards of non-employees will be made on the basis of vacancy followed by entrance/admission test and the personal interaction of the parents with the Principal and the Admission committee. A student seeking admission to any class in the school will be eligible for admission to that class only if he/she.

1. Has been studying in a school recognized by or affiliated to this Board or any other recognized Board of Secondary Education in India.

2. Has passed qualifying or equivalent qualifying examination making him/her eligible for admission to that class.

3. Satisfies the requirements of age limits (minimum & maximum) as determined by the State / U. T. Government and applicable to the place where the school is located.

4. produces:-

   1. The original School Leaving Certificate / Transfer Certificate signed by the Head of the institution last attended.

   2. document(s) in support of his/her having passed the qualifying or equivalent qualifying examination, and

   3. The Date of Birth Certificate issued by the Registrar of Births & Deaths wherever existing as the proof of date of birth.

   4. Aadhaar Card of Child & Parents issued by the UIDAI Govt. of India

   5. Caste Certificate in case of OBC / SC / ST
