Admission Procedure

Admission is held at two levels: Class LKG and Class XI. Admission to class LKG is normally held in the month of March after interaction of the child with the teachers. Admission to class XI is held after the declaration of Board Results. In other classes admission is taken only if there is any vacancy. Registration form is sold on the basis of ‘First Come First Serve’. Admission is taken purely on merit basis after admission test followed by the interview.

Requirement At The Time Of Addmission

  • A Child should be 4 Yrs. old as on 1st April of the year during which the child is admitted to class LKG.
  • Registration form is to be duly filled and submitted to the office before the last date. Incomplete registration forms are liable to be rejected without any intimation.
  • Admission is purely on merit and will be based on the performance of entrance test.
  • Once the child is selected for admission, the fee amount is to be deposited by the due date, failing which the admission will stand cancelled.
  • At the time of admission, parents will be required to submit a transfer certificate in original counter signed by the District Inspector of schools, (if the child’s previous school is not affiliated to CBSE) and a photocopy of the mark sheet.
  • The date of birth once recorded will not be changed. Birth certificate (in case of class Nursery only) has to be submitted from, Municipal Corporation, Registrar (Birth and Death Records).
  • Based on the Interaction, Admission Tests and other related criteria, the school reserves the right to admit/refuse admission. In all matters related to admission, the decision of the Principal is final and conclusive.

FEE RULES

  • No certificate/result/admit card will be issued to a student against whom there are outstanding dues.
  • Bus fee is charged for full month even if a student avails the bus for a few days Bus facility is available for all students.
  • Fees once paid is not refundable or however, if charged more or less than the actual amount due to the office mistake, is refundable or claimable.
  • Monthly fee is payable in cash at the school office by the 10th of each month. Thereafter, a late fee of 5/- per day will be levied till the last day of the month after which the name of the child shall be struck off the rolls. After this, the child will have to be readmitted by paying admission fee with all arrears including late fee.

Required Documents for Admission

At the time of admission, the following documents must be submitted:

  • Original Transfer Certificate (TC)
  • Latest Passport-sized Photograph of the Child
  • Photocopy of Aadhar Card (of the child)
  • Original Migration Certificate (if applicable)
  • Photocopy of Progress Card (from the previous academic year)
  • Photocopy of Caste Certificate (if applicable)
  • Photocopy of Residential Proof
  • Photocopy of Transfer/Offer Letter (If parent is a GRCD Rehla Employee).

Age Criteria for Admission

  • LKG: The child must be 4 years old as on 31st December of the year in which they are admitted.
  • Higher Classes: The age criteria for subsequent classes are determined similarly based on the child’s birthdate.
