Wellness & Career Counselling

Our school’s Student's Wellness and Counselling programme

The Wellness and Career Counselling Cell at our school nurtures student's mental, emotional, and social well-being through programs like MHLP and the CACA Project. It offers one-on-one and group counselling, career guidance, and psychometric testing, helping students manage stress, build life skills, and make informed academic and career choices.

Students wellness and counselling.

Our school’s Student's Wellness and Counselling Programme focuses on supporting student's mental and emotional well-being through the Mind’s Matter Mental Health Literacy Program (MHLP) for Classes I to XII and the CACA Project for child safety awareness from LKG to Class IX.

The dedicated counselling cell offers individual and group counselling sessions to help students manage stress, emotions, and develop behavioural competencies. It also provides educational and career guidance, including psychometric testing, to empower students with strong decision-making skills.

Student Awareness Programme

As part of our commitment to holistic development, our school runs a comprehensive Student Awareness Programme covering health, safety, mental well-being, and career readiness.

Doctor’s Talks promote personal hygiene, healthy habits, and disease prevention. For LKG to Class IX, the CACA Project teaches personal safety, safe/unsafe touch, and how to seek help.

The Mental Health Literacy Program (MHLP) through the Mind’s Matter curriculum (Classes I–XII) equips students with self-awareness, emotional management, and stress-handling skills.

Career guidance sessions for Classes IX–XII, led by our counselling department and partner organizations, help students explore academic and career options, fostering informed decision-making.
