Career Counselling Cell
Empowering Informed Futures
To foster self-awareness and encourage purposeful goal setting, the Career Counselling Cell actively supports students from Grades IX to XII through a structured programme.
In 2024, the Aditya Birla Group of Schools, in collaboration with Extramarks Education India Pvt. Ltd., conducted the Career Assessment Program (CAP). This initiative offered
students valuable exposure to a wide array of career opportunities while helping them understand the aptitudes required to pursue those paths effectively.
Students of Grades IX and X participated in sessions on career planning and unconventional career options, while students of Grades XI and XII explored career planning strategies and current industry trends. These sessions enabled students to broaden their perspective, going beyond traditional career paths to explore emerging and evolving opportunities.
Through this programme, students gained meaningful insights into subject selection, educational pathways, and career planning—effectively bridging academic learning with real-world relevance. It also encouraged the development of essential life skills such as communication, collaboration, problem-solving, and independent learning.
This comprehensive approach ensures that our students are not only academically prepared but also confident, self-aware, and well-equipped for future educational and professional journeys.
