IT Infrastructure

All the computers of the school are connected through LAN having a dedicated server which is connected to Internet through leased line. Our school integrates TATA ClassEdge boards to meet the evolving educational needs of students in today's dynamic learning environment.

Our school boasts a state-of-the-art, air-conditioned computer lab equipped with the latest hardware and software to support modern educational needs. The lab houses 40 computers, each featuring 17″ LED monitors that are gentle on the eyes, energy-efficient, and help maintain a comfortable classroom environment.

To ensure uninterrupted learning, the lab is supported by an online UPS system, and operates on a dedicated Local Area Network (LAN) running Windows 10. This setup facilitates seamless teaching, documentation, and presentations.

With a current student-to-computer ratio of 1:17, we are committed to providing students with hands-on experience in a tech-enabled learning space. Our progressive approach ensures that students stay abreast of the latest advancements in IT and digital education.

Safety and Security

To maintain a secure and safe environment for all students, the school has installed CCTV cameras at all critical points across the campus. Fire extinguishers are strategically placed to address any unforeseen incidents promptly. The Occupational Health Care Centre of NDCW, located within 500 meters of the campus, provides first aid and emergency relief when needed. Additionally, several staff members have received specialized training in emergency response.
A porta cabin has been set up at the school entrance, where a dedicated security guard monitors and manages visitor access to ensure the safety of everyone on campus.

Sports

The school actively encourages students to participate in inter-house, inter-school, district,and state-level sports competitions and tournaments. Each year, our students bring laurels to the school through their outstanding performances.
To support their growth, the school provides modern sports equipment and facilities. Indoor games include Table Tennis, Chess, Carrom, and Badminton. Outdoor sports offerings feature Basketball, Football, Cricket, Volleyball, and Kho-Kho. Additionally, a 200-meter athletics track is available to nurture budding athletes.

Laboratories

Through experiments in the laboratory, students get first-hand experience that leads to a good understanding of the concepts. With this objective in mind the school has well-equipped labs for Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics, Biology, and Computer Science.

Physics Lab
Our Physics laboratory is equipped with modern instruments to help students explore and understand core concepts through hands-on experimentation. It is thoughtfully designed to provide practical experience in taking measurements, analyzing data, and drawing scientific inferences.
The lab is spacious and well-ventilated, ensuring ample natural light and a comfortable learning environment. It can accommodate up to 30 students, allowing them to work in
pairs depending on the nature of the experiment. The room features large demonstration tables and a blackboard to facilitate instruction and collaborative learning.
The laboratory houses a wide range of equipment, including meter bridges, battery eliminators, potentiometers, Hooke’s apparatus, and more. Students can also observe
engaging phenomena such as resonance, which adds an interactive dimension to their learning experience.
Pinboards on either side of the lab display educational charts, scientific illustrations, inspirational quotes, and student-made models, creating an atmosphere that fosters
curiosity and appreciation for the subject. The immersive environment makes learning Physics both enjoyable and intellectually stimulating.

Chemistry Lab

The Chemistry Laboratory is dedicated to the study and analysis of highway materials, focusing on understanding failure mechanisms and enhancing performance. It plays a vital role in developing new standard test methods to improve chemical analysis and to characterize sustainable or alternative materials. The lab also supports forensic investigations into premature failures of pavements and other highway structures.

Chemical characterization involves both sample preparation and detailed analysis. The laboratory is fully equipped for handling both liquid and solid samples, featuring essential instruments such as glassware, fume hoods, a muffle furnace, centrifuge, aggregate mill, and a wide range of chemicals and salts. Students engage in hands-on activities that allow them to safely explore chemical properties and reactions using standard laboratory apparatus and instruments. These practical experiences are crucial for deepening their understanding of chemistry and enhancing scientific literacy. The lab environment is designed to be safe, interactive, and educational—encouraging curiosity and fostering a love for the subject through real-world applications and experimentation.

Mathematics Lab

The Mathematics Laboratory is well-equipped with a variety of hands-on learning tools that help students grasp mathematical concepts in an engaging and practical manner. It includes decimal plates, abacus, base and place value kits, geometrical models and kits, mensuration kits, fractional disks, Roman numeral kits, unit cubes, and volumetric sets. These resources enable students to visualize and explore mathematical ideas effectively. Additionally, the lab features portraits of renowned mathematicians, which serve to inspire students and connect them with the rich history and legacy of mathematical thought.

Biology Lab

Our school takes pride in its well-equipped and resource-rich Biology Laboratory, designed to promote experiential learning under the motto “Learning by Doing.” The lab offers students a wide range of facilities, including preserved specimens, essential instruments, and permanent anatomical slides of plants. It is spacious, well-ventilated, and creatively decorated with student contributions, creating an inspiring learning environment. The lab is equipped with both simple and compound microscopes, with a sufficient student-to- microscope ratio to ensure effective learning. It also houses a variety of apparatus for conducting physiological and ecological experiments. Safety is a priority, with fire extinguishers readily available. The lab is well-stocked with chemicals, thermometers, and other necessary tools, enabling students to carry out experiments confidently. Through these hands-on activities, students gain valuable first-hand experience and develop a deeper appreciation for biological concepts.

School Library

The school library is a gateway to the world of knowledge, imagination, and discovery. It plays a vital role in nurturing a love for reading and developing independent learning skills among students. At ABPS Nathdwara, our well-equipped library serves as a hub of learning and inspiration. With a collection of over 5545 books, including reference materials, fiction, non-fiction, and textbooks, it caters to the diverse interests and academic needs of our students. In addition, the library subscribes to a wide range of periodicals and daily newspapers, keeping students informed and up-to-date. We follow an open-access system, allowing students to explore and choose books freely. The library is fully integrated with the ERP system, streamlining all operations such as book issue, return, and catalogue management. To foster reading habits and promote literary engagement, the library organizes various competitions and activities throughout the year, encouraging students to dive deeper into the joy of reading.

Art & Craft

Art and Craft describe a wide range of activities and skills of a person. It involves observation and giving shapes with skilful hands. The art and craft room is a workshop for
the creative and imaginative minds of the school. It also functions as a gallery for the display of the works of budding artists.

Music and Dance

Music and Dance are creative art forms and help the students to develop creative skills and personalities. They give them confidence. They also help to add colour to life. Students never miss a chance to active participation in the cultural functions of the school. Music and Dance room functions as the floor for young talents to grow. Periodic inter-house competitions are held encouraging students to participate not just in academics but also in extra-curricular activities.

School Sanitation & Garden

The school provides all the facilities such sanitizers at school entrances, and hand-wash to maintain proper hygiene and health. The school encourages environment friendly attitude in students by the program ‘एक पेड़ मां के नाम’ in which the students plant a tree in the school compound or surrounding and take care of it.
