Admission Policy

As per the norms of CBSE board Sardar Patel Vidyalaya gives admissions to the students every year as following:

· Pre-Primary (LKG-UKG) – February/March

· Std. I to VIII – Last week of March

· No admission will be given in classes IX to XII directly.

Admissions to the wards of SCW-VAYOR employees will be made on the basis of personal interaction of the principal and the admission committee with the child and parents.

Admissions to the wards of non-employees will be made on the basis of vacancy and personal interaction of the parents with the Principal and Admission committee.

A student, seeking admission to any class in the school, will be eligible for admission to that class only. If he/she has been studying in a recognized school affiliated by a recognized board of Secondary Education in India has passed qualifying or equivalent qualifying examination making him/her eligible for admission to that class. Satisfies the requirements of age limits (minimum & maximum) as determined by the State/U.T. Government and applicable to the place where school is located.

Documents Required

  •  The school leaving/transfer certificate signed by the head of the institution previously attended.
  •  Mark sheet of the class previously attended.
  •  Date of Birth certificate issued by the government authorities.
  •  Aadhaar Card of child.
  •  Photo ID of parents.
  •  In case of admission in Pre-Primary (LKG-UKG) Birth Certificate also required.
