Career counselling plays a vital role—especially before students reach the college level—as it provides a strong foundation and direction.

To support this, a career counselling cell has been established in the school where teachers offer personalized guidance and organize workshops on essential skills such as interview preparation, goal setting, and time management. These initiatives ensure that students are not only academically equipped but also professionally competent.

Additionally, the cell conducts periodic workshops introducing students to various educational streams and their career prospects. This exposure helps students discover their interests and inspires them to pursue meaningful paths.

Career Counselling Cell

Students from Classes 9 to 12 actively participated in an online career counselling session organized by the Aditya Birla Group. The session offered in-depth insights into a variety of career pathways, playing a pivotal role in guiding students’ academic and professional journeys.

It also focused on increasing awareness about the skills and knowledge required for different career options, empowering students to make well-informed and confident decisions about their future.

In addition to the online session, similar workshops are being conducted at the school level, ensuring broader accessibility and continued support for students' growth.
