House System

Fostering Team Spirit Through the House System

The house system in schools plays a vital role in promoting teamwork, leadership, and school spirit. It encourages healthy competition through various co-curricular activities like sports, debates, and cultural events. Students develop a sense of belonging, responsibility, and collaboration as they work together toward common goals. The house system also nurtures discipline, respect, and unity, contributing significantly to character development and overall personality growth.

The house system at our school is an integral part of student life, designed to promote a sense of community, responsibility, and healthy competition. All students and faculty members are assigned to one of the designated houses, each symbolizing distinct values and aspirations. The system aims to encourage participation in a wide range of scholastic, co-scholastic, and extracurricular activities, thereby fostering the holistic development of every learner. Inter-house competitions in academics, sports, cultural events, and social outreach programmes are held throughout the academic year. These activities not only nurture individual talents but also instil teamwork, leadership, and discipline. House captains and vice-captains are appointed to lead their peers under the guidance of faculty mentors. The house system serves as a platform for students to engage meaningfully with their peers, cultivate school spirit, and develop essential life skills within a structured and supportive environment.

The school is divided into four houses:

Bhaskar House

Arun House
