The Career Counselling Cell provides a structured platform for students to explore a wide array of career options through aptitude assessments, interest inventories, expert talks, alumni interactions, and industry exposure. It also conducts workshops on resume building, interview skills, goal setting, and time management, ensuring students are not only academically prepared but also professionally competent. Through one-on-one counselling sessions, students gain clarity about academic streams, college requirements, scholarships, and emerging trends. A special session, “Paddipom Uyarvom,” organized by our company CSR team for Class 10 students, and support from the Career Counselling Committee help guide students in choosing courses after Class 10.
