Admission Process

Admissions to The Aditya Birla Public School, Baikunth designed to ensure smooth enrollment for both new and transferring students, whether at the beginning of the academic year or during the mid-term. The process typically involves the submission and verification of key documents such as the Transfer Certificate (TC) and the previous academic year's Report Card to assess the student's academic background and eligibility for the desired grade.

Once the documents are reviewed, the school management evaluates the application based on available seats, academic compatibility, and other relevant criteria. An interaction or assessment is conducted to better understand the student's learning level.

The final decision regarding admission—whether at the start of the session or mid-term—is taken by the school principal and management after thorough review. Parents are informed accordingly, and upon confirmation, the student is officially enrolled into the school’s system.

The school ensures transparency and fairness throughout the admission process, maintaining proper records and adhering to educational norms and guidelines.

Admission Procedures

Registration form

The Registration form can be collected from the school office. Duly filled in Registration form to be submitted in school office before 15th February of every year.

Merit Based admission

Admission are granted based on performance in an Entrance test/Interview. Shortlisted candidates are notified of their selection. Once selection, parents must deposit the admission fee within the given time frame to confirm the seat.

 

Required Documents For Admission

  • For Admission in Nursery class while taking the registration form Proof of Date of Birth (Birth Certificate / Aadhar Card) of the child is required.
  • Completely filled registration form.
  • Original Transfer Certificate of previous school.
  • Two Passport Size Photo of the student and One Passport Size Photo of Parent’s.
  • A photocopy of the mark sheet of previous school. (If applicable of previous two years)
  • A photocopy of Aadhar Card of the student, mother or father.
  • A photocopy of the caste category certificate, if the child belongs to SC/ ST/OBC.
  • A photocopy of the Birth Certificate.
  • PEN No. of student (If applicable)

Age Criteria For Admission

Nursery

Minimum Age : 3 years / Maximum Age : 4 Years

LKG

Minimum Age : 4 years / Maximum Age : 5 Years

UKG

Minimum Age : 5 years / Maximum Age : 6 Years

Class 1

Minimum Age : 6 years / Maximum Age : 7 Years
