Admission Process:

Our admission process is designed to identify the potential and readiness of the student while also helping parents understand the school’s values, curriculum, and expectations.

Admission Procedure:

1. Enquiry and Registration

  • Parents may visit the school or access our website to fill out the enquiry form.
  • A registration form must be completed with the necessary documents (birth certificate, previous academic records, etc.).

2. Interaction/Assessment

  • For primary classes, an informal interaction is conducted with the child and parents.
  • For higher classes, a written assessment in core subjects (English, Math, and Science) may be conducted.
  • Interaction with the school Principal is arranged if needed.

3. Admission Confirmation

  • Shortlisted students receive an official admission offer.
  • Parents are required to complete the admission formalities within a specified timeline, including document submission and fee payment.

4. Orientation

  • An orientation program is held for new students and parents to familiarize them with the school system, policies, and faculty.

Required Documents for Admission

At the time of admission, the following documents must be submitted:

  • Original Transfer Certificate (TC)

  • Latest Passport-sized Photograph of the Child

  • Photocopy of Aadhar Card (of the child)

  • Original Migration Certificate (if applicable)

  • Photocopy of Progress Card (from the previous academic year)

  • Photocopy of Caste Certificate (if applicable)

  • Photocopy of Residential Proof

  • Photocopy of Transfer/Offer Letter (if parent is a UTCL Employee)
