76th Republic Day and Annual Sports Meet 2025

On 26th January 2025, our school celebrated the 76th Republic DayandAnnual Sports Meet with great enthusiasm. The event commenced with the hoisting of the national flag and the singing of the national anthem. A series of cultural performances highlighted the significance of Republic Day and unity among students. Our Chief Guest, Shri R. Ram Kumar, Site Head & Joint President, Birla Cellulose, inspired everyone with his words. The Annual Sports Meet saw energetic participation in various athletic events and competitions. Students showcased sportsmanship and discipline, with winners receiving medals and certificates. The celebrations concluded with a vote of thanks, appreciating the efforts of organizers and participants. Overall, the day was filled with patriotism, excitement, and memorable moments for all.

Basant Panchami

On 2nd February 2025, Basant Panchami Puja was conducted at our school with great enthusiasm. The event began with prayers and offerings to Goddess Saraswati, seeking wisdom and prosperity. Students and teachers actively participated in the rituals, wearing traditional yellow attire. The atmosphere was filled with devotion, as hymns and chants echoed through the premises. Cultural performances and speeches highlighted the significance of the festival. The celebration fostered a sense of unity and reverence among everyone
present.

Training Session On Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP)

On March 7, 2025, an on-site training session on Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) was conducted for school staff by Mr. Sahil. The session focused on familiarizing participants with the ERP system, ensuring efficient data management, workflow automation, and school operations. Practical demonstrations helped staff understand key features, improving their ability to navigate and utilize the system effectively. The training was well-received, with participants appreciating its relevance in streamlining administrative spirit.

Literary: Pariksha Pe Charcha

Students of The Aditya Birla Public School, Kharach, showcased their literary excellence in the Pariksha Pe Charcha Quiz organized by Kendriya Vidyalaya, GNFC, Bharuch. Aqshabanu Shaikh of Class IX B secured the 2nd position, while Nidafatima Shaikh of the same class bagged the 3rd position. Their outstanding performance reflects the school’s commitment to academic enrichment and competitive spirit.

Visit of the PPR Team at ABPS Kharach

The Aditya Birla Public School, Kharach, had the honour of hosting the Participatory Programme Review (PPR) team on their recent visit. The team was warmly welcomed by the Principal, Shri Subrata Kundu, along with staff and students. The visit included a comprehensive review of academic performance, infrastructure, teaching-learning processes, and co-scholastic activities. The PPR team appreciated the school's efforts toward holistic education, innovative practices, and consistent board results. Their valuable feedback
will further strengthen the school’s journey toward.

Safety Awareness Programme

On March 25, 2025, BC's Safety Department organized a Safety Awareness Programme for school staff, led by Mr. Abhay Singh. The session covered crucial topics like emergency response, fire safety, first aid, and risk assessment, with interactive demonstrations ensuring a clear understanding of safety protocols. Staff actively participated, appreciating the valuable insights shared, reinforcing the importance of hazard prevention and a secure school environment. This initiative further strengthened BC's commitment to safety and preparedness in educational institutions.

Poshan Pakhwada

From April 25 to April 30, 2025, the school actively participated in the 7th edition of Poshan Pakhwada, a national initiative promoting healthy eating habits. Students engaged in various activities, including speeches on healthy eating, the importance of good food, and the joy of eating, fostering awareness about nutrition and well-being. The programme encouraged discussions on making informed food choices and maintaining a balanced diet. Enthusiastic participation highlighted students' growing understanding of nutrition’s role in health and overall development. This initiative reinforced the school's commitment to promoting healthy lifestyles among young learners.

Primary Health Check Up drive

From 18th to 24th June 2025, a Primary Health Check Up drive was conducted by the Gujarat Government for all students in the school. The initiative aimed to ensure early detection of health issues and promote overall well-being among schoolchildren. Medical professionals carried out comprehensive health screenings covering basic physical fitness and wellness parameters. Students actively participated in the check Up, receiving valuable health insights and guidance. Such programs play a vital role in fostering a healthier and more informed student community.

International Yoga Day

On 21st June 2025, the school celebrated International Yoga Day with great enthusiasm and purpose. The event aimed to raise awareness about the benefits of yoga for physical and mental well-being. Students and teachers actively participated in guided yoga sessions and breathing exercises. The celebration highlighted the power of yoga in promoting a healthy, balanced lifestyle. Such initiatives inspire young minds to embrace mindfulness and wellness from an early age.

International Music Day

On 21st June 2025, the school joyfully celebrated International Music Day with vibrant musical performances. Four houses showcased their creativity and rhythm through engaging musical medleys. The event highlighted the universal power of music to bring people together and uplift spirits. Students demonstrated enthusiasm, talent, and teamwork during their presentations. This musical celebration fostered appreciation for diverse musical styles and cultural harmony.

Janmashtami Celebration Report

• On 3rd September 2026, The Aditya Birla Public School, Kharach celebrated Janmashtami with great devotion and enthusiasm. Students from Nursery to Class V presented a delightful blend of skits, dances, and a short skit on the eternal bond of Sudama and Krishna, showcasing innocence and creativity.

• Senior students added vibrancy with the traditional Matki Phod event, filling the atmosphere with excitement and cheers.

• The celebration concluded with a grand mass Garba, where students across classes joined together in rhythmic steps, symbolizing unity and cultural pride.

• The programme beautifully reflected the values of friendship, devotion, and tradition, leaving everyone with cherished memories of the divine occasion.

International Yoga Day Celebration

• On 20th June,  The Aditya Birla Public School, Kharach observed International Yoga Day with great enthusiasm. A professional Yoga trainer Ms. Nayana Ben was invited to guide the students, demonstrating various asanas and breathing techniques.

• Students actively participated, learning the importance of yoga for physical fitness, mental peace, and holistic well-being.

• The session created awareness about adopting yoga as a healthy lifestyle practice and left a positive impact on all participants.

• The celebration truly reflected the spirit of “Yoga for Harmony and Peace.”

International Music Day Celebration

• On 20th June, The Aditya Birla Public School, Kharach observed International Music Day with great enthusiasm.

• The highlight of the programme was an Inter‑House Solo ( IX to XII) and Duet Song Competition ( VI- VIII) where students showcased their melodious voices and team spirit.

• The event not only celebrated the universal language of music but also encouraged students to express creativity, harmony, and collaboration.

• The performances reflected the school’s commitment to nurturing cultural talent alongside academics.

Health Check‑up Drive

• The Aditya Birla Public School, Kharach organized a Health Check‑up Drive started on 14th July to promote student well‑being. All students underwent medical examinations conducted by qualified doctors and healthcare professionals and it was conducted for one week.

• The initiative aimed at creating awareness about the importance of regular health monitoring and preventive care. It ensured that students received timely guidance on maintaining good health and hygiene.

• Such drives reflect the school’s commitment to nurturing not only academic excellence but also the physical and mental wellness of its learners.

29th Foundation Day & Investiture Ceremony

• On 18th July, The Aditya Birla Public School, Kharach celebrated its Foundation Day along with the Investiture Ceremony in a grand manner. The occasion was graced by Mr. Vijeyndra Babu, Unit Head, who presided as the Chief Guest, and we were honoured by the presence of Mr. Mahavir Prasad Jain and Mr. Sushant Khadtale as Guests of Honour.

• The event highlighted the school’s journey of growth and excellence, while formally investing the newly elected School Council Members with their responsibilities. The ceremony instilled a spirit of leadership, accountability, and commitment among the students, making the day both memorable and inspiring.

Visit of Regional Head

• On 23rd and 24th July, The Aditya Birla Public School, Kharach was honoured by the visit of Ms. Rashmi Lohaan, Regional Head.

• She interacted warmly with all teachers, Foundation teachers, and parents, creating an atmosphere of collaboration and encouragement.

• Her presence added immense value to the occasion, fostering stronger bonds between the school community and leadership. The visit provided an opportunity for meaningful dialogue, appreciation of teachers’ dedicated efforts, and motivation for continued excellence in education.

• Ms. Lohaan’s guidance and appreciation inspired the staff to uphold high standards, reinforcing the school’s commitment to holistic growth and quality learning.

80th Independence Day Celebration

• On 15th August, The Aditya Birla Public School, Kharach celebrated the 80th Independence Day with great pride and patriotism. The occasion was graced by Mr. Vijeyndra Babu, Unit Head Birla Cellulose as the Chief Guest, along with Mr. Jitendra Patel, VP HRM, and Mr. Mahavir Jain, Senior President as Guests of Honour.

• The celebration began with a vibrant Cultural Programme, where students showcased their talents through patriotic songs, dances, and performances that reflected the spirit of freedom.

• For the first time, the school honoured its students with special recognitions: Master Shravan Kumar Mishra was felicitated as the Most Disciplined Student, and Master Sanket Mulley, the Class X Topper, was acknowledged for his academic excellence.

• It was a proud moment for the school as Ms. T. Meghna received the prestigious Chairman’s Award for scoring 97.8% in Class XII Commerce. The entire programme beautifully combined cultural pride with academic achievements, making the day truly memorable and inspiring.

Sanskrit Diwas Celebration

• On 25th August, The Aditya Birla Public School, Kharach observed Sanskrit Diwas with devotion and enthusiasm. Students from Classes VI to X actively participated in a variety of programmes including dance performances, skits, and shloka chanting, showcasing the richness and beauty of the Sanskrit language.

• The celebration highlighted the importance of Sanskrit as the foundation of India’s cultural and literary heritage.

• Through their creative presentations, students expressed reverence for the language and its timeless wisdom, making the day both educational and inspiring.
