Admission Process

Admissions to The Aditya Birla Public School, Kotputli are granted based on merit, following an entrance test. Transfer Certificates (TC) and Report Cards from the previous school, along with other required documents, must be submitted at the time of admission. The final decision regarding admissions, whether at the beginning or during the mid-term, rests with the management.

Required Documents for Admission

At the time of admission, the following documents must be submitted:

Original Transfer Certificate (TC)
Latest Passport-sized Photograph of the Child
Photocopy of Aadhar Card (of the child)
PEN & Aapar ID of the student
Photocopy of Progress Card (from the previous academic year)
Photocopy of Caste Certificate (if applicable)
Photocopy of Residential Proof
Photocopy of Transfer/Offer Letter (if parent is a UTCL Employee)

Age Criteria for Admission

Play Group: The child must be 3 years old as on 31st July of the year in which they are admitted.
Higher Classes: The age criteria for subsequent classes are determined similarly based on the child’s birthdate.
