Guru Purnima – Celebrating the Light of Guidance

Our campus blossomed with reverence and gratitude as we celebrated Guru Purnima, a day dedicated to honouring the guiding lights in our lives. The celebration began with a heartfelt speech by a student, beautifully expressing the invaluable role of teachers in shaping character and nurturing potential. Students then offered symbolic tributes, acknowledging their mentors who continue to illuminate their paths with wisdom, grace, and unwavering support. National Sports Day

The Aditya Birla Public School celebrated International Sports Day with great enthusiasm and patriotic fervor in the school assembly on 29th August 2025. The event aimed to highlight the importance of sports in building discipline, teamwork, and leadership among students.

Teachers’ Day

Teachers’ Day was celebrated with great enthusiasm in our school. The day began with students welcoming their teachers with flowers and handmade cards as a token of love and respect. Students of the senior classes took charge of the classrooms and taught the juniors, making the day special and memorable. A colourful cultural programme was presented by the students, showcasing their talents and expressing gratitude. In the evening, the school management organized a programme to honour the teachers, appreciating their dedication and service. The teachers were presented with thoughtful gifts, making the celebration joyous and meaningful.

Engineers’ Day

Engineers’ Day was observed on 15 September in our school with reverence and respect. The programme began with the garlanding of the portrait of Sir M. Visvesvaraya, the eminent engineer and statesman, whose birthday is celebrated as Engineers’ Day in India. The Principal, Vice Principal, teachers, and students offered a floral tribute, acknowledging his remarkable contribution to nation-building. The event highlighted the importance of engineering in shaping society and inspiring young minds to pursue innovation and creativity. The solemn occasion concluded with words of encouragement from the Principal, reminding students of the value of hard work, dedication, and service to the nation.

Kalyan Karnataka Liberation Day Celebration

On 17th September, the school solemnly observed Kalyan Karnataka Liberation Day with great pride and reverence. Ms.Arshiya Rahman, the Vice Principal hoisted the national flag, filling the atmosphere with patriotic fervour as the students and staff joined in singing the National Anthem. Mr. Sunil Kulkarni, Head of the Social Science Department, addressed the gathering and highlighted the historical significance of the day, recalling the sacrifices and struggles that led to the region’s liberation. His inspiring words deepened the students’ sense of respect for their heritage. The event concluded with a pledge to uphold unity and responsibility.

Sri Vishwakarma Jayanti

Sri Vishwakarma Jayanti was observed on 17th September, with reverence at the school. The Principal, Vice Principal, staff, and students gathered to pay homage to Lord Vishwakarma, the divine architect and symbol of skill and craftsmanship. A floral tribute was offered, creating an atmosphere of devotion and respect. The significance of the day was highlighted, reminding everyone of the values of creativity, dedication, and hard work. The observance strengthened the spirit of unity and respect for tradition among students and staff, leaving the gathering inspired by the ideals of Lord Vishwakarma

Animal World Activity classes KG

An engaging, animal-themed activity successfully involved 121 participating children, from classes LKG and UKG. Introducing them to diverse classifications including wild, domestic, and farm animals. The program focused on foundational learning, helping students recognize animal sounds and key features, thereby enhancing their observation and classification skills. Interactive methods like rhymes, stories, and role play built critical language and vocabulary, nurturing essential values of kindness and responsibility toward animals. The learning experience culminated in a lively and memorable showcase where all 121 students creatively participated in animal-themed dress-up.

Nursery -Navaratri Celebration

The Nursery section celebrated Navaratri with immense joy, successfully immersing the young children in the vibrant cultural significance of the festival. Dressed in beautiful traditional attire, the students participated enthusiastically in colorful Garba and Dandiya dances, showcasing their energy and teamwork. The celebration featured a beautiful Golu display and engaging story-telling sessions that introduced the children to Indian mythology and heritage. This event provided a wonderful, hands-on opportunity to instill cultural values, encouraging appreciation and participation in traditions.
