The Alumni Meet of our school was held on 14th November 2024 in the school auditorium at 7:00 p.m. The event was inaugurated by the School Manager, Mr. K.V.V.Y.S. Narayana, who warmly welcomed the gathering. The meet witnessed enthusiastic participation from numerous alumni, both in person and through the virtual platform, making it a truly memorable occasion.
The programme began with vibrant cultural performances by the present students, including energetic dances and melodious songs, which were highly appreciated by the audience. Several ex-students then came forward to share their fond memories, expressing gratitude to the school for shaping their lives. In his address, Mr. Narayana emphasized that alumni themselves should take the initiative to organize such gatherings in the future, ensuring stronger connections and continued collaboration with the school.
The evening concluded with a fellowship dinner, providing an opportunity for alumni, teachers, and students to interact and celebrate their bond
The Annual Sports Day of our school was celebrated on 31st January 2025 with great enthusiasm. The event was inaugurated by Ms. Vyashli Pawar, President of the Ladies Club, who encouraged the students to participate actively and uphold the spirit of sportsmanship. Various track and field events, team games, and athletic competitions were conducted, showcasing the talent and determination of the participants. After a day of spirited contests, Bhaskar House emerged as the overall champion, while Marthand House secured the second position. The celebration concluded with the prize distribution ceremony and the National Anthem.
An informative Awareness Programme was organized in our school to educate students on health, safety, and seasonal care. Experts from various fields addressed the students and staff and shared valuable insights. A special session on Dental Awareness was conducted by HKE Dental College, highlighting the importance of oral hygiene and preventive care. Dr. Uma delivered a talk on the summer season and stressed the importance of staying hydrated to maintain good health during hot weather.
As the monsoon approached, Dr. Govind Raj Balagi guided the students on seasonal precautions to be taken to prevent common infections and stay safe. In addition, the Electricity Department, RCW, conducted an interactive session on electrical safety, spreading awareness about safe usage of electrical appliances and preventive measures against accidents.
The programme proved highly beneficial, as students gained practical knowledge and a deeper understanding of personal health and safety in daily life.
Children’s Day was celebrated with great joy and enthusiasm in our school on 14th November to honour the birth anniversary of Pandit Jawaharlal Nehru. The day began with a special morning assembly conducted by the teachers. They presented thought-provoking speeches and highlighted the importance of love, care, and guidance in the lives of children. The highlight of the celebration was a colourful cultural programme presented by the teachers, which included songs, dances, and skits. The lively performances filled the students with excitement and created an atmosphere of happiness and laughter.
To make the occasion even more special, chocolates were distributed to all the students as a token of love and affection from the teachers. The children thoroughly enjoyed the programme and expressed their gratitude with cheerful applause. The celebration truly reflected the spirit of the day, strengthening the bond between teachers and students and making it a memorable event.
Gandhi Jayanthi was celebrated in our school with solemnity and reverence to mark the birth anniversary of the Father of the Nation, Mahatma Gandhi. The programme began with Shramdaan, where students and staff actively participated in cleaning the school premises, spreading the message of cleanliness and service to society. This was followed by offering a floral tribute to Gandhiji’s portrait, remembering his ideals of truth, peace, and non-violence.
As part of the celebration, all four houses of the school presented thought-provoking skits based on various aspects of Gandhiji’s life. The performances highlighted his values of simplicity, self-reliance, and commitment to social justice. Each skit carried a powerful message, inspiring students to adopt Gandhian principles in their daily lives.
The programme concluded with a reflection on Gandhiji’s timeless contributions, leaving everyone motivated to uphold his vision of a clean, peaceful, and united nation.
The 79th Independence Day was celebrated with great pride and patriotic fervour in our school. The programme began with the hoisting of the National Flag by the Unit Head, Mr. Uday Kumar Pawar, followed by the singing of the National Anthem. A cultural programme titled “Freedom to Struggle – A Journey towards India’s Independence” was presented by the students, showcasing the sacrifices of freedom fighters and the glory of our nation’s struggle for freedom.
In his address, Mr. Pawar appreciated the Principal, Vice-Principal, staff, and students for the excellent results in the CBSE board examinations and lauded their tireless efforts in bringing laurels to the school. His words of encouragement motivated everyone to continue working with dedication and discipline.
The celebration concluded with the soulful rendering of “Sare Jahan Se Acha” by the gathering, followed by the distribution of sweets, filling the atmosphere with joy and patriotism.
The School Investiture Ceremony was held on 26th June 2025, with great dignity and enthusiasm to induct the newly elected student cabinet. Following the successful completion of the school elections, the Principal and Vice-Principal administered the oath of office to the young leaders, who pledged to uphold the values and responsibilities entrusted to them. The solemn swearing-in ceremony created an atmosphere of pride and inspiration among the students.
In her address, the Vice-Principal spoke about the true meaning and importance of leadership. She emphasized that a leader is not only one who guides but also one who serves with humility, discipline, and dedication. She encouraged the newly elected members to set examples through their actions, maintain unity, and work selflessly for the betterment of the school.
The ceremony concluded with a vote of thanks, and the new cabinet members expressed their commitment to lead with sincerity and responsibility.
The Republic Day was celebrated with great pride and patriotic spirit in our school. The programme began with the unfurling of the National Flag by the Unit Head, Mr. Uday Kumar Pawar, followed by the singing of the National Anthem. A smart march past was presented by the School Council, along with the Arun, Bhaskar, and Marthand Houses, accompanied by the Security Platoon, which won the admiration of the audience.
The celebration also featured a colourful ground display by the students, highlighting themes of unity, discipline, and patriotism. In his address, Mr. Pawar appreciated the Principal, staff, and students for the school’s outstanding achievements in both curricular and co-curricular activities, encouraging them to keep striving for excellence.

Teachers’ Day was celebrated with great enthusiasm in our school on 5th September. The programme was initiated by the students of Classes X–XII, who took charge of the day’s teaching, giving the occasion a festive and memorable touch. The classrooms buzzed with excitement as students stepped into the role of teachers, while a colourful cultural programme featuring songs, dances, and skits was presented to express gratitude and admiration for the teaching fraternity.
In the evening, the school management organized a special felicitation ceremony for the teachers. The Unit Head, Mr. Uday Kumar Pawar, appreciated the dedication and selfless efforts of teachers in shaping the future of students. He personally distributed gifts to all the teachers as a token of respect and gratitude. The celebration concluded with a fellowship dinner, where teachers and management shared moments of joy and togetherness, making the day truly memorable.
On November 11, 2024, The Aditya Birla Public School, Rajashree Cement Works, Adityanagar, welcomed Ms. Jyotsna Saxena, CEO of Aditya Birla Schools. She inaugurated new classrooms, the Roots and Wings Garden, and renovated laboratories, offering valuable suggestions on infrastructure, technology integration, and student engagement. During her school tour, she emphasized active use of AI, coding, hands-on STEM projects, cultural exchanges, and sports training. She interacted with students, parents, and staff, motivating them while addressing their concerns about career guidance, NEET/JEE coaching, and policy reforms.
