House System
The House System at The Aditya Birla Public School, Nagda plays a crucial role in nurturing leadership, cooperation, and a sense of identity among students. By creating smaller communities within the school, it encourages active participation, peer learning, and healthy competition. The system instills a sense of responsibility, teamwork, and pride, contributing significantly to the overall personality development of the students
Team Spirit
Our school’s House System comprises four Houses: Arun, Bhaskar, Martand, and Ravi, covering students from Classes III to XII. The primary aim is to promote team spirit, leadership, responsibility, and unity through structured and spirited competition. The House structure extends to the faculty as well, with two wings: Primary and Middle & Senior, each with designated House Masters. Academic teachers are assigned evenly to each house, whereas activity teachers remain neutral. Inter-house activities such as quizzes, debates, art, music, dance, sports events, and house assemblies are held regularly. This system enhances school culture and supports the holistic development of students by encouraging participation, collaboration, and excellence.
