Career Awareness and Counselling Sessions

To support students in making informed decisions about their future, Career Awareness & Academic Planning sessions were conducted for Classes 9 and 10 on 17th and 18th December 2024. Mr. Pawan, CEO of Future Dots, addressed the students and guided them on aligning their academic goals with future career aspirations, helping them explore various career pathways with clarity and confidence.

Further extending support to younger students and their families, a special Career Counselling session was organized on 7th January 2025 for the students and parents of Classes 8 and 11. The session aimed to build early awareness and provided valuable insights into stream selection, emerging career options, and long-term academic planning.

Extramarks Career Counselling Session

In collaboration with Extramarks Education, a leading EdTech platform, students attended an interactive career counselling session designed to provide deep insights into the diverse opportunities available in today’s dynamic world. The session focused on:

Emerging career trends in science, commerce, and humanities
The importance of aligning interests with career choices
Pathways for competitive exams and higher education
Practical tips on time management and study techniques

The session was well-received by both students and parents. Experts from Extramarks used engaging visuals and real-world examples to help students relate to different career domains, encouraging them to think beyond conventional career paths.

CAP Tests (Career Assessment Program)

As a part of the counselling process, students of Classes IX to XII took the CAP (Career Assessment Program) Tests. These scientifically designed psychometric assessments evaluated students':

Aptitude
Personality traits
Interest areas
Learning styles

Based on the test results, each student received a personalized report, which included recommended career options, stream suggestions, and areas for skill development. One-on-one counselling sessions were also arranged for deeper analysis and career planning support.
