Admission Notice

• Criteria of Admission: Play Class (minimum age 3 Years as on 31st March 2025). Registration form for the Session 2025-26 are available now between 12.30 PM to 1.30 PM on all working days except Sundays and holidays.

• Duly filled in registration forms to be submitted in school office latest by 12th March 2025.

• Registration form will be available from the school against payment of Rs.50.00 per form and to be submitted with a copy of valid birth certificate (mandatory) and residence certificate.

• The following documents must be enclosed along with the Registration form:

• Aadhaar Card of the child as well as of the parent.

• Copy of Birth Certificate of the child issued by the Registrar of Birth & Death, wherever existing, as proof of date of birth. (PHC/Municipal Corporation).

• Residence Proof (Ration Card, Voter Identity Card of Electricity Bill).

• Copy of previous school Mark Sheet.

• Category Certificate (DP/PAP/Employee of UAIL)

• Employee Certificate (ABG) from the HR Dept/Photocopy of Employee Identity Card.

• Certificate of SC/ST/OBC (if applicable)

• Photocopy of Priority Ration Card (If applicable)

• Medical Fitness Certificate.

• Two coloured passport size photographs of student.

• One coloured passport size photograph of parent.

• Parents must certify that the information provided by them is correct and they understand that if the information is found to be incorrect or false, their application is liable to be rejected without intimation.

NB: Filled in Application form without valid documents will not be accepted by the school office.
