Admission Process

Admissions are granted strictly on the basis of merit, determined through an entrance test and interview. Parents/guardians must submit all required documents, including the Transfer Certificate (TC) and Report Card, during the admission process. The final decision regarding admissions—whether at the start of the academic year or mid-term—rests with the school management.

 

Admission Procedure

  1. Registration

  • Parents must collect, complete, and submit the Registration Form to the school office before the notified deadline.

  • Incomplete or late forms will not be accepted.

  1. Merit-Based Selection

  • Admissions are purely merit-based, evaluated through the entrance test and/or interview.

  • On selection, parents are required to deposit the admission fee within the stipulated period, failing which the admission will stand cancelled.

Documents Required

The following documents must be submitted at the time of admission:

  • Original Transfer Certificate (TC)

  • Recent passport-size photographs of the child

  • Photocopy of the child’s Aadhar Card

  • Original Migration Certificate (if applicable)

  • Photocopy of the Progress Report from the previous academic year

  • Photocopy of Caste Certificate (if applicable)

  • Proof of Residence (photocopy)

  • Photocopy of Transfer/Offer Letter (for UTCL employees)

Age Criteria

  • LKG: The child must be 4 years old as on 31st December of the year of admission.

  • Higher Classes: Eligibility for subsequent classes is determined in proportion to the age criteria for LKG, based on the child’s date of birth.
