Admission
Admissions to The Aditya Birla Public School, Veraval are granted based on merit, through an online process and/or entrance test, depending on the class. Transfer Certificates (TC/LC) and Report Cards from the previous school, along with other required documents, must be submitted at the time of admission. Final admission decisions rest with the school management.
Advertisement: 15 days prior to the admission process through banners.
Age Criteria: 3–4 years as on 1st June of the year of admission.
Mode: Online registration only.
Admission Basis: First-come, first-served through online mode on the prescribed date.
The Online Admission System (OAS) has two parts:
a) Registration
b) Admission
Mandatory paperwork for completing the admission process (Nursery, LKG–IX, Std. XI)
At the time of admission, parents/guardians are required to submit the following documents in original or photocopy form as specified:
Original Transfer Certificate / Leaving Certificate (TC/LC) from the previous school attended.
Caste Certificate (if applicable) issued by a competent authority.
Previous Academic Report Card showing the latest performance of the student.
Birth Certificate (photocopy) issued by the municipal corporation or relevant authority.
Bona fide Certificate from the previous school confirming the student’s enrollment.
Aadhaar Card (photocopy) of the student for identification and record purposes.
For certain categories such as employees of Indian Rayon/UTCL, additional proof of employment or transfer orders may be requested.
Minimum age and eligibility guidelines for different classes
Admission to various classes is strictly based on the child’s age as per the school’s policy and in alignment with educational board guidelines:
Nursery: The child must be between 3 to 4 years old as on 1st June of the admission year.
LKG: The child must be 4 years old as on 31st December of the admission year.
Higher Classes: Age requirements for subsequent classes follow the same pattern, calculated based on the child’s date of birth.
These criteria ensure that students are developmentally ready for the curriculum and comply with state education norms.
