Admission Process & Procedure:

Admission to higher classes is purely on merit and is be based on performance in the entrance test.

Admission Procedure -

Application forms may be obtained from the office from the second week of February. On the availability of vacancy in any of the classes, the candidate go through a pre-assessment, which consists of any interview, a reasoning test examining his level of understanding. The candidate must do reasonably well to qualify in the merit list.

Required Documents for Admission –School Leaving Certificate, Date of Birth Certificate (for nursery and LKG) and Adhaar Card etc.

Age Criteria for Admission –4 years as on 31^st March of the year of admission.

Required Documents for Admission –

Original Birth Certificate in case of admission in LKG.
Transfer certificate in case of transfer from other school.
Photo copy of caste certificate of ward/father, in case of SC/ST/OBC.
Photo copies of mark sheet.
Photo copy of BPL ration Card for BPL card holders.
Migration certificate (For admission to class XII)
Photo copy of Aadhar Cards of Child, Mother and Father are Compulsory.

Age Criteria for Admission

Parents are requested to note that the child’s date of birth for

Class Nursery should be between01.02.2021 to 31.07.2022 (i.e. 3 to 4.5 years at the time of admission)
Class LKG should be between 01.02.2020 to 31.07.2021 (i.e. 4 to 5.5 years at the time of admission)
Class UKG should be between 01.02.2019 to 31.07.2020 (i.e. 5 to 65.5 years at the time of admission)
