2. Categories of Admission:

A. Admission for Children of Company Employees:
  1. Eligibility and Timing:

  • Admission will be granted to children of company employees either at the start of the academic year or during the session based on the employee's joining date.

Class Allotment:

  • If the child is admitted at the beginning of the session, the allotment to an eligible class will be based on their performance and result from their previous school.

However, in order to accommodate the children of newly joined employees at the Awarpur Cement Plant, 3-5 seats will be kept reserved for potential mid-session enrollments in each class.

    • Admission Process:

    • Non-Eligibility of Failed Candidates:

      • Students who do not pass the written examination will not be eligible for admission, even if vacant seats remain available after the completion of the admission process.

    • Guidelines Regarding Fee Structure for Wards of Retiring Employees: In view of the special circumstances related to the retirement of employees from the company, the following guidelines have been formulated and are effective from 01-10-2015. These guidelines ensure that the children of retiring employees can continue their education without disruption while transitioning to the appropriate fee category post-retirement.

      • Fee Payment During the Academic Year of Retirement: Employees retiring during the course of an academic year will be permitted to remit the fees for the remaining months of that academic year as per the fee structure applicable to the employee category. The fees should be paid before the employee’s due date of retirement to cover the ward’s education for the rest of the academic year.

      • Fee Structure for Subsequent Years Post Retirement:

If the ward of the retiring employee wishes to continue studying at ABPS, Awarpur, after the employee's retirement, the fee structure applicable will shift to the non-employee category. This applies to all subsequent academic sessions after the retirement date.
