Academic Calendar & Application
School Cycle: The standard academic session operates from June through May.
Getting Started: To apply, parents must collect an official Registration Form directly from the school administrative office.
No Guarantee: Please note that receiving or submitting a registration form does not guarantee a secured seat for the student.
Eligibility & Selection
Age Requirement: For L.K.G. enrollment, children should ideally be 4 years old by
June 1st.
Seat Availability: Enrollment for new students is contingent upon the number of open spots available in each grade.
Parental Responsibility: Parents are tasked with completing the application and ensuring all provided information is accurate and truthful.
Selection Criteria: Admissions are granted strictly according to the school’s established internal standards and norms.

2. Transfer Certificate (TC)
3. Recent Academic Progress Report/Report Card
Timing Restrictions: The school does not process withdrawal or transfer requests during the months of March and April.
Formal Process: To withdraw a student, parents must use the specific application form for a Transfer Certificate found within the school diary.
Clearance: No official documents (TC or Progress Cards) will be released until all outstanding school fees and dues are settled in full.
Academic Standing & Senior Registration
Repeater Policy: Students are not permitted to repeat the same grade level for more than two years. If this occurs, the student will be disenrolled immediately.
Grade 9 & 10 Accuracy: Information provided on the Class IX admission form is critical, as these exact details are used for the Grade X Board Exam registration.
