House System
The house system forms the basis of all competitions in the school. It promotes team spirit, group loyalty, healthy competition and adherence to school values and rules. From classes I the school is divided into four houses after the name of the sacred Sun- ARUN, BHASKAR, MARTAND & RAVI. Each house is headed by a boy and a girl known as House Captain. A member of the staff assisted by several others teachers (tutors) acts as the House Warden.
Points are awarded to students throughout the year for academics, extra-curricular activities and sports. At the end of the year, the houses gaining the highest number of points are awarded running trophies. Inter House competitions are organized in Sports, Debates, Extempore Speech, Elocution, Creative Writing, Poster Making, Quiz, Art, Music and Computer Programming.
