1. Original Copy of Birth Certificate

2. Transfer Certificate from Previous Institution

3. Recent Coloured Passport Size Photographs

• Two (2) copies

Report Card

• Attested photocopy of the student's report card from the previous class.

Aadhaar Card of Student

• Self-attested photocopy of the student’s Aadhaar Card.

Aadhaar Card of Parents and Local Guardian

Caste Certificate (if applicable)

A valid copy if claiming any reservation.

1. Residential Proof

• Any one of the following documents:

  • Quarter Allotment Letter

  • Ration Card

  • Electricity Bill (photocopy)

Student’s Blood Group

• A report or proof of the student’s blood group.

Parents’ Transfer Order/Offer Letter

• Photocopy of the Transfer Order or Offer Letter (applicable if joining due to a parent’s job transfer).
