Fire Safety Team, Unit Birla White demonstrated how to fight emergency fire accidents using various fire extinguishers. Students and teachers volunteered themselves and learnt the proper use of fire extinguishers.

The nursery school opening ceremony was held with great enthusiasm. Parents and children were warmly welcomed. The event featured fun activities, introductions, and a cheerful environment, marking the beginning of a joyful learning journey.
Nest Making - Students actively participated in a nest-making activity using eco-friendly materials to promote bird conservation. The initiative aimed to raise awareness about avian habitats, foster empathy for wildlife, and encourage responsible action to preserve nature.
The Boys Welfare Committee focuses on the holistic development and welfare of male students within the school community. Our key concerns involve promoting positive masculinity, fostering a respectful and inclusive atmosphere, and addressing any challenges that boys may face. We strive to create awareness about mental health, encourage healthy relationships, and collaborate with educators to ensure the well-being of all male students. Our aim is to empower boys to become responsible and respectful individuals within and beyond the school environment.
Mrs. Nita Menon, Regional Head of Aditya Birla Group of Schools paid a two days visit to our school. During her visit, she checked all the school processes and system. She had interactive sessions with students, parents & teachers.

On September 3, 2025, school had the honour of welcoming Ms Jyotsna Saxena, CEO of Aditya Birla Group Schools. Her visit was a moment of pride and inspiration for the entire school community. Ms Saxena appreciated the school’s initiatives, interacted with students, parents and shared insightful guidance with the faculty, reinforcing school’s commitment to excellence in holistic education. She even had a meeting with school management esp. President, Mr Alok Nigam, Manufacturing Head & Manager, Mr Pankaj K. Poddar, FH-HR, Birla White and appreciated their contribution in shaping the school so well.

The LKG Parent Orientation was conducted on 4 April 2025 to warmly welcome new parents into the school community. The program commenced with the traditional lamp lighting ceremony followed by Aditya Vandana. Principal addressed the gathering and extended a heartfelt welcome. LKG teachers then provided a detailed overview of the school, including school timings, the school uniform, classroom conduct, general school rules, leave procedures, and the dispersal guidelines. The session served as a comprehensive introduction to help parents align with the school’s values and routines.
School celebrates teacher's birthdays this with a warm gathering aimed at fostering unity and appreciation. The event features cake, decorations, and heartfelt wishes from students and staff.

On 8th August 2025, Aditya Birla Public School, Kharia Khangar, successfully conducted the first ABPS Olympiad for the 2025–26 academic session. This new initiative aims to foster a competitive spirit and enhance academic excellence among students. Held monthly across different subjects, the Olympiad offers students regular opportunities to improve their knowledge, problem-solving, and time management skills. Throughout the year, students will participate in Olympiads for all major subjects, promoting holistic and balanced learning. The inaugural event saw enthusiastic participation from all grades, showcasing students’ eagerness for new challenges. Teachers and coordinators ensured smooth and fair conduct, maintaining discipline and integrity. This monthly practice is expected to build confidence, sharpen intellect, and prepare students for future competitive exams.

These sessions offer remedial help for those needing concept clarity and challenge advanced learners with higher-order thinking tasks. With interactive activities and personalized attention, the program promotes inclusive education tailored to individual potential. The Principal praised the teachers’ efforts and encouraged students to make the most of this opportunity for academic and holistic growth.

Aditya Birla Public School, Kharia Khangar, celebrated Independence Day on 15th August 2025 with great enthusiasm. Mr. Alok Nigam, Unit Head of UltraTech Cement Ltd. (BirlaWhite), was the Chief Guest along with Mr Pankaj Kumar Poddar, Functional Head, Birla White as Guest of Honour. The event began with flag hoisting, the National Anthem, and a parade with band display, setting a patriotic tone. The Chief Guest addressed the gathering, emphasizing the values of freedom and the role of youth in nation-building.
A vibrant cultural programme featured a group song, Operation Sindoor dance drama, and thematic acts like Mini Patriots, Green India–Clean India, and Women of India. A felicitation ceremony and the soulful Sare Jahan Se Accha added emotional depth.
The celebration concluded with friendly games and a Vote of Thanks by Ms. Seema Devi Thakur, appreciating everyone’s efforts. The event successfully instilled pride, unity, and responsibility among students.

Aditya Birla Public School, Kharia Khangar, celebrated Raksha Bandhan on 8th August with great enthusiasm. Students and teachers dressed in traditional attire, adding charm to the occasion. Sisters tied Rakhis on their brothers’ wrists, symbolizing love and protection.
A cultural programme followed, featuring songs, dances, and skits that highlighted the festival’s significance and values of unity and respect. Principal Mr. Rajender Singh Malwal addressed the gathering, emphasizing Rakhi as a bond of responsibility and togetherness. The celebration concluded joyfully, reinforcing the spirit of harmony and Indian tradition.
