Documents Required for Admission

New admission to the school is granted after an entrance test and strictly on merit. Transfer Certificate and Report Card from the previous school, along with other mandatory forms should be submitted at the time of admission. However, the management reserves the rights to take final decision regarding Annual or Mid Term admissions. Sharda Vidya Niketan High School generally follows a merit-based admission process with an initial registration step, followed by an assessment and interview, and finally, enrolment upon fee payment. Specific requirements and procedures may vary slightly by location and grade level.

Admission Procedure Registration form is to be duly filled in and to be submitted to the office before the last date. Incomplete registration forms are liable to be rejected without any intimation. Admission is purely on merit and will be based on the performance of entrance test / interview. Once the child is selected for admission, the fee amount is to be deposited by the due date, failing which the admission will stand cancelled.

Age Criteria: For Nursery, a child typically needs to be 3 years and 6 months old as of April 1st of the admission year. Age criteria for other classes follow a similar pattern, according to Aditya Birla Schools. 

Family Interview: In some cases, a family interview may be part of the process to understand the student's background and family support system.
