Admission Process

Admissions to The Aditya Birla Public School, Nagda are granted based on merit, following an entrance test. Transfer Certificates (TC) and Report Cards from the previous school, along with other required documents, must be submitted at the time of admission. The final decision regarding admissions, whether at the beginning or during the mid-term, rests with the management.

Admission Procedure

  1. Registration:To begin the admission process, parents must complete and submit the Registration Form to the school office before the specified last date. Incomplete forms will be rejected without prior notice.
  2. Merit-Based Admission:Admissions are granted purely on merit, determined by the performance in the entrance test or interview. Once selected, parents must deposit the admission fee by the stipulated date. Failure to do so will result in the cancellation of admission.

Required Documents for Admission

At the time of admission, the following documents must be submitted:

  1. Original and photocopy of birth certificate.
  2.  Original Transfer certificate from previous school
  3.  Parent and student’s Aadhaar card copy
  4.  Parent’s PAN card copy
  5. Employee ID (If Applicable)
  6.  Past class Result Sheet
  7.  Vaccination card photocopy/ Health card
  8.  School Leaving Certificate
  9.  Caste certificate

Age Criteria for Admission

  • LKG: The child must be 4 years old as on 31st December of the year in which they are admitted.
  • Higher Classes: The age criteria for subsequent classes are determined similarly based on the child’s birthdate.
