The admission process at ABPS Rawan is designed to be transparent, systematic, and student-friendly, ensuring equal opportunity for all aspiring learners. Admission Process:
The admission process begins with the issuance of the registration form, available both online and at the school office. Interested candidates must complete and submit the form within the stipulated timeline. The process includes an assessment or interaction to gauge the student’s academic readiness and potential, followed by an orientation to familiarise parents with the school’s ethos and facilities.
Admission Procedure:
Upon successful completion of the assessment and confirmation of eligibility, parents are required to complete all formalities at the admission office. The procedure includes verification of documents, payment of the admission fee, and allocation of the class section. Admission is granted strictly on merit and availability of seats.
Registration is open in the 2nd week of February.
1. Age criteria for class LKG admission 3 years 6 months and above as on 31st March
2. Registration form is to be duly filled in and to be submitted to the office before the last date. Incomplete registration forms are liable to be rejected without any intimation.
3. Once the child is selected for admission, the fee amount is to be deposited by the due date, failing which the admission will stand cancelled.
4. The date of birth once recorded will not be changed.
5. Based on the Interaction/school rules and other related criteria, the school reserves the right to admit/refuse admission. In all matters related to admission, the decision of the Principal is final and binding.
6. Change of Stream/Subject at Class XI may be permitted before 15th July.
1. Transfer Certificate (original) as applicable
2. Medical Certificate (as per the given format)
3. Photograph (three copies)
4. Copy of Birth Certificate
5. Migration Certificate (original) as applicable for class XI admission
6. Copy of Aadhaar Card
7. Copy of mark sheets of the previous two classes (As applicable)
8. Copy of Caste Certificate (As applicable)
