Empowering Students to Make Informed Career Choices
Aditya Birla Public School, Baga believes that every student is unique, with individual strengths, interests, abilities, personality traits, and aspirations. To help students understand themselves better and make informed decisions about their academic and career pathways, the school organised the NuMAPS (NuMind Multidimensional Assessment for Personalised Success) Programme for students of Classes IX to XII.
The programme was introduced as part of the school's ongoing efforts to strengthen career guidance, self-awareness, and future-readiness among senior students.
NuMAPS Assessment
The NuMAPS Assessment is a scientifically designed, AI-backed assessment that provides students with meaningful insights into various aspects of their personality and potential.
The assessment covered:
- Personality and Strengths
- Aptitude and Abilities
- Career Interests
- Social and Emotional Well-being
- Potential Career Pathways
The assessment was conducted online from 3 September to 8 September 2026, allowing students to complete it in a convenient and student-friendly manner.
A total of 162 students from Classes IX to XII participated in the programme.
Personalised Career Insights
As part of the programme, students received a personalised assessment report based on their individual responses and assessment outcomes.
The programme also provides annual access to the NuMAPS AI Career Counsellor, enabling students to:
- Explore a wide range of career options.
- Understand their areas of interest and strengths.
- Clarify career-related queries.
- Explore recommendations based on their assessment profile.
- Revisit and reflect on their career choices over time.

To complement the assessment, online Career Orientation Sessions were conducted for the participating students.
