PART-A: Applications are invited for Admission in Class LKG for the

session: 2025-2026.

Kindly go through the following Admission Criteria for Class LKG in our school, Aditya Birla Public School:

➤ The Age Criteria of the child will not be less than 4 Years as on 31st March 2025

➤ Registration Forms will be available in the School Office with payment of Rs.500/- from 15th to 25th March 2025 from 9.00 a.m-2.00 p.m.

Registration Forms to be properly filled and submit in the School Office along with the original Birth Certificate and a photocopy of the same, Aadhaar Card (if available), latest photograph (Passport Size 04 copies) by Wednesday, 26th March, 2025.

► (For Employees and Non-Employees) Interaction of parents and child with the

Principal will be on Wednesday, 26th March, 2025.

➤ Result of the interaction will be declared on Saturday, 29th March, 2025 on the school notice board at 10:00 am.

➤ Enrollment forms to be collected from the school on the same day and submit it latest by Tuesday, 01st April, 2025 and school fees to be deposited from 01st April, 2025 to 02nd April, 2025, through ERP (School's official App. for online payments)

➤ Regular Classes for LKG w. e. f., Thursday, 03rd April, 2025.

PART-B: Admission for other classes is strictly based on aptitude performance and availability of seats. Parents may approach for the same from 15th March, 2025 to 29th March, 2025

❖ Admission to the Classes X & XII as per the laid down provisions in CBSE BY LAWS.

Note: School does not provide transport facility and Parents have to make their own

arrangement for their wards transportation.
