The Aditya Birla Public School, Baga, proudly celebrated the 79th Independence Day on 15th August 2025 with great enthusiasm and patriotic fervour. The entire campus was filled with the spirit of nationalism as students, staff, and guests came together to honour the sacrifices of our brave freedom fighters.

The celebration commenced with the hoisting of the National Flag, followed by the National Anthem that echoed with pride in every heart. The cultural program presented by the students highlighted the theme of patriotism and unity.

Students showcased vibrant patriotic dances that reflected the rich cultural heritage of India. Melodious patriotic songs sung by the school choir filled the atmosphere with devotion towards the motherland. A thought-provoking skit based on the Pahalgam attack was also performed, paying tribute to the valour and sacrifices of our soldiers who guard the nation with unwavering courage.

The program inspired everyone to uphold the values of freedom, unity, and responsibility as proud citizens of India. The day concluded with a vote of thanks and a renewed pledge to contribute towards the progress of the nation.

At Aditya Birla Public School, Baga, the Investiture Ceremony held on 4th July 2025 marked a proud moment as we formally entrusted our newly elected student council with their responsibilities for the academic year. The event began with a solemn march past by the council members, followed by the pinning of badges and the handing over of sashes by the Principal and esteemed guests. The Head Boy, Head Girl, House Captains, and other council representatives took the oath to uphold the school’s values, lead with integrity, and inspire their peers through example. The Principal, in her address, encouraged the young leaders to embrace their roles with dedication, responsibility, and a spirit of service. The ceremony instilled a sense of pride, discipline, and commitment among the students, reaffirming the school’s belief in nurturing leadership and character. This memorable occasion was not just a celebration of titles, but a pledge to work together for the growth and glory of ABPS, Baga.

Our young learners explored the workings of the postal system, from sorting letters to dispatching parcels. They interacted with postal staff, learned about stamps, money orders, and the journey of a letter—gaining insight into an important community service.
